Vandal Golf (The Course)

Manages the physical facility, cart fleet, and pro shop operations. Green fees are paid directly to the facility for course maintenance.

Thursday Night League

A private organization that rents the facility for competition. The league manages its own prize funds, side games, and competitive rulings.

Facility & State Fees

Green Fees & Cart Rentals: Paid to the pro shop for facility use.

WA Golf Membership (MemberPlanet): $60.00

This is a pass-through fee for your GHIN "Passport"—paid to the Washington Golf Association via MemberPlanet. These funds are NOT retained by Vandal Golf or the League.

League Competition & Games

League Dues: Paid to the Thursday Night League. 100% of these dues are used for the season prize fund and year-end banquet.

Skins & Deuces: CASH ONLY

Managed by the league committee. Please come prepared as there is no ATM on-site and the shop cannot provide cash back for side games.

System Ownership & Oversight

Platform Responsibility:

  • Vandal Golf League Portal (Managed by the League): Your local hub for rules, rosters, and course logistics specific to this competition.
  • WA Golf / MemberPlanet / GHIN (Managed by Washington Golf Association): The state-level infrastructure used for handicap management (GHIN) and state-level association billing.
Board Independence: The Thursday Night League remains a separate organization from Vandal Golf. While Vandal Golf employees serve on the league board to ensure seamless coordination of conditions and scheduling, the league operates as its own distinct entity.
